Message: I wrap each piece of equipment in bubble wrap. Then pack all the pieces into a single plastic ammo box I bought at Harbor Freight. Then i wrap ammo box and triple mag mount in suitcase surrounded by clothes. Has worked well many times. Of course, I have the antennas in a separate long box that I check with airlines. I also take a voltage booster that ensures I get proper voltage from rental car, even with engine turned off.
