Message: One thing that Matt used to do is not run Digital on the normal FT8 Frequencies. Nothing says that you have to use .074 on 10, 15 and 20 meters. Matt used .0685. On 12 and 17 you can move up or down a few KHZ for the run.

Other "tricks" help speed things up too.
