SPECIAL NOTICE:

(from 6.5 to 6 years) since a last submission that will cause a participant's activity level
to become [Inactive] on the Traditional and Single Band 3077 Slot Top Lists.

As is already done with new silent keys and expired licensees, or with anyone who begins
submitting to the Top Lists again after a very long time, all moves between the [Active]
and [Inactive] lists will continue to cause all PREVIOUS ranks in the Traditional Top Lists
for those who are above or underneath moving participants to be recalculated so that they
will NOT directly cause red [Bullet Ranks] to be displayed, however, they could cause
occasional replacements on the Highest Band Slot Top Lists if the moving participants
previously occupied or newly occupy a #1, #2 or #3 position on that list, since these lists
are populated using [Active] participants only.
