Message: Thanks for all the great work, Barry. I'm NOT the expert here, but is Kalaupapa Nat'l Park good for Kalawao, HI for certain, or is there a quirk? (A la one ham who appears to be in the Second District states he is not, etc.) Just heard there's a certain place to park to be within the county. (Barry and I missed out on Kalawao together on 40 once, hi).
