Message: First I would do: Remove all devices from the power supply. Switch it on next to see if it still has 6V. Some power supplies reduce voltage when the used power is too high. If the voltage on power supply without load is OK 12 or 13.8V then connect step by step and look if there is any device what causes the voltage drop.
