Message: This is probably the last update on convention, except for the program/schedule that I will have ready tomorrow (ish). First of all a big shout out to my wife who is not a ham radio operator but has supported me in this and has put in a lot of time helping trying to make it a success. She will be at most of the convention. We went to the motel today to see it first hand. There will be coffee and tea just outside foo the room. We will have snacks and drinks, carbonated and non carbonated with water. Each morning we will have doughnuts. All of the speakers are confirmed that they will be there. The guided tours of the air museum are confirmed. As I mentioned before we have 14 smaller but fantastic prizes including ham radio cup, ham radio hot/cold container, DXengineering gift certificate, ARRL Antenna book, gift cards, etc, etc, etc. We have four major gifts, a bioenno battery, these things are great for mobile operation, it is all I use and no need to use car battery for most of the day, an iPad, and two Heil Sound PRO7 Headsets. We are putting name tags and envelopes together tomorrow. So until then we will see you Friday morning, bright eyed and bushy tailed.
